‘Lockdown’ of bright excitons in double perovskite nanocrystals

The days were bright for them, when e- and h+ used to meet at their close proximity club “Direct Bound Exciton” located at the X valley in a country named “Double Perovskite”. Unfortunately, they have to face a ‘lockdown’ just like us, forcing e- to move to his home town at the L valley leaving h+ behind at the X valley. While e- and h+ have to stay at home in different valleys, they communicate with each other via media “Indirect Transition”, which gives them at least a weak connection line!
